Returns:  You must email us prior to any return.  All returns must be returned in their original condition and with the sales receipt.  You may return any item for a refund or exchange within 2 weeks of delivery.  However, item must not be washed or used.  If an item has been washed or used, a return is not possible.  Again, all items must be unused and unwashed.  All refunds will be made after personal

Items that smell of detergents, perfumes, essential oils or other fragrances or with animal dander/hair on them will not be accepted for return. Customer is responsible for all shipping back to Bounty of Bundles and shipping back to customer if a replacement is acceptable.  You will be offered an exchange from diapers available in stock at the store, or a refund if no acceptable exchange is found. Please make sure to try diapers/clothing on your baby before washing them. 

Used, washed, sales or clearance items are non-returnable/non-refundable.

All refunds are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.  If you have not received your diapers and you decide to reverse your order, your refund will be subject to the 15% re-stocking fee.

Items purchased with free shipping will be refunded minus the shipping cost and the re-stocking fee.  Items purchased with free items (inserts, samples, etc.) must be returned with the free items.  If items are not returned with the free items, a deduction will be made from the credit or refund.

Shipping:  We ship all package through United States Postal Service.  They will be shipped either First Class or Priority Mail.  Once packages leave our hands, we can no longer claim responsibility for lost or damaged packages.  Insurance is available.  It is always recommended.  You will not be reimbursed and items will not be replaced for lost packages.
